TORCH IgM Rapid Test Panel
One-step TORCH Rapid Test Devices
TORCH IgM rapid tests (Serum/Plasma) are a rapid qualitative screening test device. This one step TORCH test is a lateral flow testing panel designed for the qualitative detection of IgM antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii (Toxoplasmosis) (TOX), Cytomegalovirus (CMV), Rubella Virus (RV), Herpes Simplex virus I (HSV-1) and Herpes Simplex virus II (HSV-2) respectively. With our All five test in one test panel, which include Toxoplasmosis (TOX) rapid test, Cytomegalovirus (CMV) test, Rubella Virus (RV) rapid test, Herpes Simplex virus (HSV) rapid test.
One-step TORCH tests are based on sandwich immunoassay system and the immunochromatographic detection assay. When perform the assay with TORCH test devices, if any antibody to the above mentioned viruses is present in the samples with a concentration above the cut-off level, enough labeled antibody-dye complex will form. This complex is then captured by the antigens immobilized in the test tone of the membrane, producing a visible pink or rose color band on the membrane. The color intensity will depend on the concentration of specific TORCH antibody in the samples. IVD TORCH test kits are used as a screen devices for the health condition of fetuses.
- One-step TORCH test kits are easy to use.
- No additional instrument or reagent is needed;
- Highly sensitive, specific and accurate;
- Each TORCH testing panel is enclosed in an aluminum pouch with a silicon gel for long time storage;
- With a TORCH rapid test, all five serum tests are performed in one time.
