TCA Drug Tests are an immunoassay based on the principle of competitive binding. With TCA Drug Rapid Test, an Tricyclic Antidepressants-positive urine specimen (TCA conc. >1,000ng/mL) will not generate a colored line in the test region because of drug competition, while a TCA-negative urine specimen or a specimen containing a TCA drug concentration less than the cut-off will generate a line in the test region.
