One-step PCP test is an immunoassay based on the principle of competitive binding. With PCP Rapid Test, an Phencyclidine-positive urine specimen (PCP concentration >25 ng/mL) will not generate a colored line in the test line area because of drug competition, while a PCP-negative urine specimen or a sample containing a phencyclidine drug concentration less than the cut-off value will generate a line in the test line region.
