BZO screen tests are an immunoassay based on the principle of drug competitive binding. With our CE BZO immunoassay test, an benzodiazepines-positive urine specimen (BZO concentration >300 ng/mL) will not generate a pink line in the test region because drug benzodiazepines and its metabolites take all the binding sites at the test region, which makes other color developing chemical reagents floating away. With a benzodiazepines urine test, if the the urine specimen is BZO-negative or the drug BZO concentration is less than the cut-off value above mentioned, color developing reagents will be captured by the precoated chemical reagents on the test region, thus a pink line will emerge, indicating a negative result.
- Benzodiazepine test are highly sensitive and specific;
- One-Step BZO test results are read visually without the need for other instrumentation;
- BZO Urine card and strip are intended for IVD use only;
- Benzodiazepines Screening tests are available in both strip and cassette styles, and also is one rapid test of Multi DOA screening test panel;
- Our BZO Screen Rapid tests are CE marked products.
