Our Amphetamine urine test devices yield a positive result when Amphetamine in tested urine sample exceed 1,000ng/mL. The working principle is as follow: the amphetamine and its metabolites in the samples take all the binding sites at the test region, and make the color developing chemicals drift away. Then there will be no pink line appear in the test region, indicating a positive result. While with a urine sample with no or less than the cut-off concentration of amphetamine, AMPs rapid test will give a negative result-two lines emerge on test region and control region respectively.
